This website, www.fck3.in, is operated by Orchid International Fashion (“FCK-3”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Exchange & Returns Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all taxes.
  • We try to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

  • An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
  • We may cancel or limit orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or bulk/reseller purchases. If we cancel a prepaid order, you’ll receive a full refund.

4. Payments

  • We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Prepaid orders receive an extra 5% discount, as shown at checkout.
  • We may restrict COD for certain pin codes, high-value orders, or accounts with repeated undelivered COD orders.

5. Shipping, exchanges & returns
Delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Exchange & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including the FCK-3 name, logo, product images, designs and text, belongs to Orchid International Fashion and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the Site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Reviews & feedback
Reviews, photos or feedback you share with us may be displayed on our Site or social media. You confirm that your submissions are genuine and do not violate anyone’s rights.

9. Third-party services
Our Site uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for their independent policies or delays.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
