Exchange & Returns

At FCK-3, we want you to love your fit. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll fix it.

Free size exchange: 15 days

Got the wrong size? Exchange it for free within 15 days of delivery. No questions asked, no extra charge.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, we’ll replace it or refund you in full, free of cost. Please share photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Returns: 15 days

Changed your mind? You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.

  • A flat ₹150 return shipping & handling fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Example: Order value ₹2,000 → Refund ₹1,850.
  • This fee does not apply to damaged, defective or wrong items.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and unaltered
  • In its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging

We can’t accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been worn, washed or altered
  • Tags have been removed
  • The product was damaged after delivery due to handling
  • The request is raised after 15 days of delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return reaches us and passes a quality check, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID. We’ll ask for your details when you request the return.

How to request an exchange or return

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 72089 71846 or email fck3.denims@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. Reason for exchange/return (and the new size, for exchanges)
  3. Product photos (for damaged, defective or wrong items)

Our team will confirm the request and share the pickup or return-shipping details.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched, and you’ll receive a full refund. Once dispatched, the order can’t be cancelled, but you can request a return after delivery.
