Free delivery across India
All orders ship free, Pan-India. No minimum order value.

Dispatch & delivery time

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (business days).
  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days for most cities.
  • Remote areas, the North East, and Jammu & Kashmir may take up to 7 working days.

Delivery can occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control, such as weather, public holidays, elections, local restrictions or natural disruptions. We’ll keep you updated if this happens.

Payment options

  • Prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets): get an extra 5% OFF.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping partners
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery and Ecom Express to make sure your order reaches you safely.

Delivery OTP: please read

  • Share the delivery OTP only after you have physically received your parcel.
  • If you reschedule a delivery, don’t share the OTP at that time, or the order may be wrongly marked as delivered or returned.

Marked “Delivered” but not received?
Occasionally a courier may update the status incorrectly. If this happens:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp at +91 72089 71846.
  2. We’ll raise it with the courier partner right away. Resolution usually takes 3–5 working days.

Cancelling an order in transit
If you cancel while your order is in transit, we’ll ask the courier to return it. Your refund is processed once the courier confirms the return.
