If the size doesn’t fit, you may request a replacement. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
2. Store Credit
If you do not wish to buy anything immediately, you can opt for store credit which can be used for future purchases.
3. Refund
For refunds, the following charges apply:
Prepaid orders:
A return fee of ₹150 will be deducted for pickup and handling.
COD orders:
A return fee of ₹150 will be charged.
Shipping charges of ₹100 are non-refundable.
After deductions, the remaining amount will be refunded to your selected payment method. Please allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect.
