All orders placed with FCK-3 Jeans are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the order date.
Delivery Time

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3–7 working days depending on your city and pin code.

Metro cities usually receive orders sooner, while locations such as the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, and remote areas may take longer.

These timelines are tentative. Delivery may be delayed due to external factors beyond our control including:

Embargos, restrictions, or operational delays

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS and Email.

This tracking link provides real-time updates about your package location and expected delivery.
Shipping Partners

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, FCK-3 Jeans ships through leading courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and others.

Please note: We do not operate our own delivery fleet like Amazon, Myntra, or Flipkart.
Important Information
Even though our courier partners are large, well-established companies, occasional issues may occur:
a. Incorrect Tracking or False Delivery Status

Sometimes last-mile delivery executives may update incorrect statuses (common across all e-commerce platforms).

In such cases:

Please contact the respective courier company’s customer support.

Inform us immediately so we can escalate the issue and expedite the resolution.

b. Do Not Share Your OTP
-
Only share the delivery OTP after physically receiving your parcel.

If the OTP is shared before receiving the package, we will not be able to assist with retrieval.
c. Do Not Share OTP for Rescheduled Deliveries

If you request a rescheduled delivery, do not share the OTP at that time.
The executive may otherwise mark the order as "returned."
d. Delivered But Not Received

If the tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the parcel:

Report the issue within 24–48 hours.

We will raise a formal query with the courier partner.
This process usually takes 3–5 working days.

Refunds for Delayed Delivery

If you choose to cancel your order while it is already in transit and delivery is delayed:

We will request the courier partner to return the shipment.

Refunds will only be processed after we receive confirmation from the courier company that the parcel is being returned.
