Return & Exchange Policy

At FCK-3, we strive to provide the best shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size exchange
  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item should be in its original condition

Return & Refund Policy

Customers can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

For all approved returns:

  • A ₹150 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Example:

If your order value is ₹2,000:

  • Return deduction: ₹150
  • Final refund amount: ₹1,850

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Tags are removed
  • The item is damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • The return request is raised after 15 days of delivery

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Product images (if applicable)
